FAQs

  • How do I order branded boxes?
    We can brand all of our products, just reach out to us and tell us what branding you require and we'll send you a quote. We provide fast turnaround times, competitive prices, and top-notch customer service for all your branding needs. Plus, proofing is free and our design team will handle all of the artwork for you.
  • Is your wood FSC approved?
    All our wood is from FSC approved suppliers, and certification can be provided if needed.
  • Has my order gone through?
    If your order is successful you will receive an automated email confirmation (Please check your Spam folders and make sure you have typed your email address correctly), as well as an order success message on screen. If not, please get in touch with us and we'll look into this for you as soon as possible.
  • Can I talk to a real person?
    Yes! We are real. We have a sales team on hand to help you with any queries. If you would like to speak to a member of our team directly, then please call us on +44 (0)1384 445844 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). We also have our live chat available throughout the day, leave us a message and we will get back to you! Alternatively, you can email us anytime at sales@porterandwoodman.co.uk and one of our team will respond as soon as possible.
  • How do I cancel or amend my order?
    Please call +44 (0)1384 445844 or email us at sales@chalkboardsuk.co.uk as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your order. This cannot be done online.
  • Can I be removed from your mailing list?
    The easiest way is to 'unsubscribe'. A link can be found at the base of every email we send you. If you wish to be removed from our postal mailing list, please email sales@porterandwoodman.co.uk
  • What are the lead times for branded boxes?
    We usually advise a delivery time-frame of 2-3 weeks from payment and approval of artwork. During certain times of the year this can be slightly longer, however just let us know if you have a specific time-frame, and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.
  • Is there a MOQ?
    There are no minimum order quantities for any of our standard items, but the more you order, the cheaper it works out. For bespoke items, get in touch with one of our sales team, or use the Request-a-Quote feature.
  • Can I choose a delivery date?
    Yes, just add any specific requirements in the additional information section, within the checkout area, and we'll try our very best to accommodate your needs.
  • Can you deliver outside of the UK?
    The goalposts have changed somewhat in recent years, so it's not a simple 'Yes'. However, just get in touch with us and we'll provide you with a quote depending on your delivery location.
  • Where can you deliver to?
    We can deliver to any address on the UK Mainland at the prices quoted within the basket section of the site. We cannot deliver to PO boxes and BFPO addresses. For any queries or offshore delivery requests - please get in touch with one of our sales team.
  • What if I'm out at the time of delivery?
    If you are out at the time of delivery, then a card should be left with details of how the item can be collected or re-delivered. Your items may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour but this cannot be guaranteed. If in any doubt, please get in touch with one of our sales team, and we will look into providing any tracking details that may be available.
  • How can I check if my order has been delivered?
    We can track delivery items for you if you haven't received a tracking text or email. Simply contact us and we'll help you as best we can.
