If you have cause for complaint this must be received within 7 days after receipt.

Please note we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date unless this service is specifically requested.

We aim to respond to customer service matters within one working day and resolve all complaints within three working days, either by replacing the gift or refunding your money. Calls may be monitored for training purposes and to maintain our high level of service.

Cancellation Rights
In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000), you may also cancel your order at any time without reason, within 7 working days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing within 7 working days of receipt and return the packaged item to us at the address given above.
 

The item(s) must be returned to us unused and in re-salable condition. You will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to us. We cannot issue a refund until we have received the goods. We recommend you obtain proof of posting when you return any goods to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery costs from £5.99 for a standard delivery service, arriving with you or your nominated recipient within 5 working days (excluding print and bespoke items).

Voucher/Promotion Codes

  1. Only one voucher code can be used per order

  2. Promotion codes are only valid for orders placed online.

  3. Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed with ChalkboardsUK.

  4. ChalkboardsUK reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid for the order being placed

  5. In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for cash used in the original purchase once the discount is applied, less any shipping costs charged on the original order

  6. In the event of any returns meaning that the order no longer qualifies for the promotion advertised, ChalkboardsUK reserves the right to deduct the value of the offer from the refund.

  7. Free delivery offers apply to UK standard delivery only.

  8. In promotions where there is a free or half-price item when purchasing multiple items, please note that the discount will be applied to the cheapest item.
